Step 1
From Lake City Way NE, turn onto NE 125th St. Follow the blue arrows on the map: go east on NE 125th St and then north toward the parking area.
By Car — Free Parking and Rear Entrance
We have a parking lot behind the restaurant. Please use NE 125th Street and 33rd Ave NE to enter the lot instead of stopping directly on Lake City Way NE.
Step 2
This is the main signalized intersection near the restaurant. Use this intersection to reach NE 125th St rather than turning directly in front of Phở Ân from Lake City Way NE.
Step 3
From NE 125th St and 33rd Ave NE, follow the road into the shared parking area behind the buildings. Look for the parking entrance and the parking sign (This sign is for paid parking, but ours are free.)
Step 4
Park in an available space in the lot. After parking, walk toward the row of storefronts where you see the Phở Ân sign, then follow the walkway to reach our dining room and front entrance.
Important: For your safety and traffic flow, please do not stop or park
directly on Lake City Way NE in front of the restaurant. Use the rear parking lot whenever possible.
On Foot — Walk-In Entrance
Our walk-in entrance faces Lake City Way NE. The safest way to reach us on foot is to use the marked crosswalk and then walk along the storefronts.
Step 1
Use the marked crosswalk on Lake City Way NE. Wait for traffic to stop, then cross carefully toward the row of shops on the east side of the street.
Step 2
Walk along the sidewalk to Phở Ân. Our storefront has the yellow and red “Phở Ân” sign and a glass front window. Come in through the main door and enjoy!
